Is anyone going through this or have gone through it? If so, how is it?

I have a 2 year old and a 9 month old. My husband and I were thinking of having a third soon. We'd like to keep them all close in age but with a 3 bedroom house I'm not sure how we'll do this. My son's room is the smallest so we won't be able to fit two kids in there. That leaves my daughters room and she would be 3-3 1/2 if we were blessed enough to have a third.
