| I have two sons, 11 years and one day apart in age...like starting over again! I am divorced and remarried 4 years ago. After remarrying, it has worked out that I no longer work outside the home. I still maintain my RN license and have that as an option although it is obvious that none of the guys want me working anymore! It has been challenging for me to still feel useful and that I'm contributing something useful after having a career for so many years. All of my friends are in the nursing field and are still employed full-time, so my social network has been seriously damaged. We just don't have much in common as far as our lifestyles anymore. At this time, my goal is to meet similar, like-minded moms to get together with occasionally for play-dates with our children. I am also interested in developing new friendships that fit better with being a stay-at-home parent. I would not be adverse to possibility of exchanging baby-sitting for a few hours out for the Mom with other mothers, or to a mom's only lunch or outing. My desire is just to meet other moms in the area. |

| My older son is very sweet and an all-around good kid. He enjoys Baseball and Aikido. My youngest son is a ball of energy, that's about all I can say. He is very outgoing and social, loves to engage with other people. My husband is an engineer and works many times double the normal work week. |
