I've been training Capoeira, a Brazilian Martial Art, since 2006. Capoeira is a very strong influence and has been the base of my life since. It keeps me in shape, mentally fit and confident. My Mestre Betinho is a great role models and friend. Our Capoeira group is a family and band of life long friends.
