| I am a single mother of 2... My 7 year old daughter's father had me served with custody modification where he is seeking full legal custody of my daughter and she has been with me her entire life... He would not pay child support and as soon as he was served with child support paperwork in which he owes back support he hired an attorney... He only wants her because he doesn't want to pay child support... I can't afford the 2500 retainer for an attorney and much less the 10,000 it will cost for the entire case... I am in desperate need of help as my children are my whole life and I can't lose my daughter... Please any help would be greatly appreciated...
