| We recently moved from Las Vegas Nv, to Gothenburg Ne. This is my first time moving. Also first time stay at home mother. My husband was born and raised in North Platte, he would tell me the most amazing stories of how he grew up. Fishing, Camping, Midnight canoe trips down the river. After our 3rd child was born and after many years of trying to convince him, that its in all our best interest to get out of vegas while the kids are still small enough to not remember that town. We finally made the move Sep of 2012. My entire life is about my children and the prospect of being able to stay at home and raise them myself, instead of a daycare. I grew up in Vegas, and it was a nightmare. My lifes dream was to live in a small town, where the big thing was the high school football games on friday night. To know my neighboors and feel safe leting my kids play outside. To be apart of a community. We have a 6 yo son, a 3 yo daughter and a 18 month old son. With our oldest in school the two little ones and i have alot of time on our hands. I am looking for other moms who would like to get together at my home or their's. and if the weather is nice playdates at the park would be nice. I have not had an easy life up untill i met my husband, but it has taught me to look for the positive in everything. i am very social and love meeting new people. The sever change of pace in life style has been hard on me and not having any friends to hangout with has been even harder. |

| our oldest is a handful, he has ADHD and takes medication during the school week. He is also sweet, caring, intelligent and happy. He makes friends anywhere we go, but he is also all boy. He likes to ruff house jump and climb.
Our three year old is a little mommy, shes kind and patient. loves to play dress up and dance, but givin the chance and shes alittle tom boy. she will dig in the dirt and mud.
our 18 month old, i am convinced he was a drill sargent in a past life. his personality is too big for his little body. He is a ruff and tumble kinda kid who loves to be in the mix.
My husband is all around just an amazing person. hard working. devoted to us and our well being. |
