| I recently lost my home and all possessions in a flood, including my beloved dog. After that happened I lost my mother, who was murdered. I have a 3-month-old boy and a 21-month-old son. My husband just took a job where he is gone throughout the week, and when he's home we fight. I need a support group. I have a degree in journalism and used to enjoy writing. I just enjoy doing things with my children now. We recently bought a house and I've become very into interior design and renovating the home. |

| My son Quinn, 20 months old, is what some would have called "high need". He hates it when I sit down but is adjusting well to the new baby. He loves books, cars, trains and helping me cook. He doesn't have any friends his age but has interacted with several children and he is so kind. He shares his toys and says hi to strangers all the time. He does many things other children his age wouldn't. He goes down the slide by himself, up and down stairs, colors, feeds himself, reads to himself, and is very obedient. My 3-month-old Brooks is patient and loving. I often have to put him down to attend to Quinn and that leaves me feeling guilty. He wakes up smiling in the morning, and just wants to be close to me and Quinn. He loves watching us. My boys are amazing human beings. My husband is also amazing, but we are going through a rough patch. We have had a lot thrown at us in the past two years and are doing well considering. He is a wonderful man, but away from the home a bit now. I feel like we're still figuring eachother out. He grew up on a farm in the country, and I grew up in the city. He was Mr. Popular in high school, and I was more of a loner. I know he loves me and I love him, we are just in a rough patch. |
