| I am a working mom putting in a typical 40 hour work week. I love my career but find it so difficult to balance my work and personal life with my daughter and husband and unable to any time for myself. I am looking for advice from working moms on what has worked for them and not be judged for continuing my career while raising a family. |

| My daughter is definitely a strong-willed child! My husband and I struggle with her listening as she is trying to become her own little person. My daughter loves to play and likes to jump from one activity to the next within seconds. My husband also works an 8-5 job as I do. |
