I actually had to sit back and think about this one... Lol.. Funny how being a mommy changes your thinking so, so much because the first thing I went to put was my son. My interestests other than Parker (my heart, and joy of my life) are:
My wonderful husband
animals (3cats and a dog)
make-up and skin care ( I sell BeautiControl)
fashion, jewelry, shoes and purses, lol, being outside ( comfortable weather permitting) swimming- not laps or anything...the easy kind of swimming... A.k.a. Lounging in a pool-
going to the beach
cooking when it's not a chore decorating....especially for holidays! I enjoy holidays in general, Love to shop when I actually have the energy. Now, it's mostly online shopping lol...
I love anything that makes life a little easier.

| My name is Anne, and I have the pleasure of being the mother to the funniest, mischievous, energetic, and most loving little boy named Parker. He just made 17 months, and is so smart it scares me. Lol
I grew up in Houma, La (for those of you familiar with the area) moved to Thibodaux almost 8 years ago when I started college and then permanently moved when I met my husband 6 years ago. (yes, at a bar....out with the girls haha) we dated for three years before he proposed, we're engaged for a years a married almost a year later to the day, and I delivered Parker 9 months and 11 days later. Lol
I stay home with Parker and we get pretty lonely sometimes, so I am hoping to find some people in my area to connect with and hopefully have playdates with! Most of our day consists of taking walks, reading and counting, music...and he looooovvvess to dance), and pretty much anything educational. He doesn't watch TV at all (not by his own choice) so things sometimes seem monotinous to me, so I know it does for him.
As I mentioned earlier, I went to college, but didn't finish. I went to cosmetology school but could not finish after delivery from some health problems. I sell BeauitiControl just to do something for myself in the same area of thing that I love. It gives me something of my own to do, and I get paid to do it!
Other than that I'm not involved in too much outside of the home. As I said earlier, I grew up in Houma, so my friends their work and don't have time to visit often, and most of my close friends from high school have moved away. So I'm really hoping to meet new people. Ok, I'm beginning to write a novel here. So, I guess I'll wrap it up. Looking forward to meeting other moms on this site! |

| We are really cool...
Lol, Just joking.
It's just the three of us and the animals, but things are still chaotic! My husband travels and works late hours sometimes, and other times he is home at noon-which is reeeaaallllly nice! We also have a nanny during the day to help me with Parker because of some medical problems I have from the pregnancy, so the dynamics of our family are not the "norm" you could say. But I wouldn't have it any other way! |
