| I am 27, married, and just had my first child-a boy-a month ago. We struggled to get pregnant for 5 years prior to this pregnancy. I work as an art therapist at a psychiatric hospital and enjoy creative activities-art/music/movies, etc. My husband and I have had difficulty meeting new friends in the Wheeling area due to few co-workers our age at our jobs and limited time to go out. We do not drink at bars so the people that are our age usually prefer to go out whereas we prefer to stay in or do outdoor activities. My husband and I plan to return to school-he hopes to complete his bachelors and I hope to pursue a masters degree. Since our son was born we are further isolated from people our age and hope to use this service to meet new friends and help our son to meet children his age so that he is not isolated as well. |

| My husband is 34 years old and is interested in music and collects vinyl records. He is interested in reading, politics, outdoor activities, art and is very intelligent. Our son is nearly one month old. He is a very mellow baby. He was born at 9 pounds 13 ounces and appears to be closer to 3 or 4 months old as opposed to 3 or 4 weeks. He is the first born grandchild for both sides of the family and has already been named "the golden child" by our families. |
