As a core training specialist I help people to build strength deep in their center and learn to use their body properly in the work of everything they do. I believe that getting fit helps people enjoy life. That's what it's all about: feeling good in your body as you mature. I try to gently move people away from negative self talk and wanting smaller thighs toward more balanced goals that will keep them healthy over the long haul. Move your body every day and eat smart because you'll feel better, sleep better, and be able to meet your grandkids and touch your toes when you're 90. Those are valuable goals. Forget about looking like a supermodel and focus on feeling fantastic. |
