| I am a full-time "step" mom to my son Joey, who is 6 years old. I saw this site mention up to the age of 5, but I'm hoping to get advice and new friends in this area. We have recently moved from the Pittsburgh area to Avoca, PA(near Scranton/Wilkes-Barre). So far, I don't know anybody here, and hoping to make friends for myself and Joey. I am also 3months pregnant. I am looking for all sorts of advice from moms in this area, from good doctors, to fun play places for kids, and babysitters. I'm outgoing, but it's hard to meet new people. I'm really hoping to find friends for Joey. He is a really happy little boy and LOVES to play with other kids. |

| Joey is 6 years old, and he is extremely outgoing. Every child he meets is his best friend. He is a very busy boy, loves to play outside with just about anything. There really are very few things he doesn't like to do. He likes Ben 10 Alien Force, Transformers, Bakugans, and Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. He's not a big fan of being an artist but will color or paint at times. I have been with Joey's dad, Joe, for almost 4 years. He is an Air Traffic Controller at the Airport and we are expecting our first in November. Joe is a very active Dad and loves playing with Joey, as well. |
