| I am a mom of two kiddos, my daughter is 11 and my son is 3. I recently lost my job and am trying to figure out how to be a good stay at home mom. I feel very isolated and don't know how to find a social life for me and the kids. I am hoping to meet some other mommys that I can chat with and get ideas on what to do with all these hours of the day. |

| I have a girl that is going through puberity...(God help me) and a boy who is three who very sweet and very destructive at the same time. My daughter is very calm natured and shy. However, over the past several months my sweet little girl is getting major attitude. She is yelling, crying, laughing, slamming doors....man this is not fun at all. Surely I wasn't that bad at that age. My son on the other hand is my baby. He is very hard to handle though. His own grandparents can only handle him for a couple of hours at a time. He is into EVERYTHING!!! When it gets quiet or when I take a shower it never fails that he has done something he isn't suppose to. I got married last April and my poor husband had no children. He walked into a ready made family with two kids that were in a real growing and changing period. So far we are doing well. He is truely wonderful and is a great step dad. |
