| POWERFLOW KIDS CHILDREN'S YOGA STUDIO - Powerflow Kids is a children's yoga studio located in downtown Chatham, NJ. We offer a variety of yoga class for children ages 2-12 that are jam packed full of fun and exciting yoga poses & games, music, art, fitness activities, sign language, stories and more! At Powerflow Kids we encourage children to grow and learn through fun and animated yoga postures, games, meditation and creative relaxation. While they bend, twist, laugh & play children develop a love for themselves and a sense of respect for each other. Yoga is a wonderful way to introduce peace, movement, rejuvenation and well being to your child's life. |
