| I am an Indigo.
Diagnosed with Language Disorder in the 1970's I faced many challenges in my childhood years. At school I was highly sensitive; lacked social skills and was withdrawn. I didnt understand other children and the games that were played and felt very isolated. I often cried myself to sleep as I so desperately wanted to fit in, but was too scared and too sensitive to manage the energy of the groups I wanted to join.
Depression, anxiety and insecurity rocked my life during my adolescent and early years as an adult. I now understand I had undiagnosed Aspergers Syndrome.
I have worked as a Speech Pathologist and Autism Consultant for the past 11 years in Education and Mental Health.
The past 4 years has led me to do a lot of healing and has led me to open my awareness to the emotions and energy that plays out between people and within individuals. I now have my own business as an Energetic Healer.
I use my own experiences; knowledge and experience in schools and mental health and combine it with the healing work; supporting children to work through the emotions they face at school and at home in situations that involve competition; comparison; bullying and harrassment and perfectionism and trauma.
Although very difficult at the time as I was one of the many few like me in the 1970's I now understand I lived my journey to now support the children of the new world.
I am more than happy to share with people if they wish. |
