| My partner and I are transplants from the southeastern/midwestern part of the country and have lived in P-burgh since 2002. Silas is our miracle baby. As a same-sex couple, it wasn't easy fulfilling our dream of having a family. After a very long and difficult road, we were blessed with the most beautiful and amazing little person. We are a family. Some would call us non-traditional, alternative or label us in any number of other ways...but we're just family...pretty much like everyone else. |
