Activities:
Playing with and caring for my son! But as for myself...I have studied sculpture, photography, and other art forms, and I really enjoy creating art. I also enjoy walks through the Japanese and Chinese gardens, visiting with friends, browsing the largest private bookstore in the United States, cooking, reading, knitting, art openings and festivals, volunteer work, dancing flamenco whenever I can, daily meditation and Arhatic Yoga, walking, snowshoeing, teaching my beloved little son about the world's sublime beauty.

Some of them are: spiritual growth, conscious parenting, alternative schooling, Arhatic Yoga, meditation, holistic health, exquisite and healthy organic food, creating a loving and peaceful world, evolving as much as I can, helping others, flamenco, tantra, deep conversations that last for hours, laughter from deep within the soul, reaching out for newer and richer experience, overcoming fear, wandering the corridors of my mind, tea-drinking, traveling, chi gong, yoga, thinking for oneself, living my beliefs...and of course, simply being alive. |

| I am looking to form or join a playgroup for my four-year-old son. We are co-sleepers, extended breastfeeders, and attachment parents who are looking for alternative-minded folks, including homeschoolers. We are particularly interested in the Waldorf and Montessori philosophies.

| I have one four-year-old son, and his name is Sage. He is a thoughtful, kind, curious and intelligent little boy who loves to explore. He is also very energetic. He loves to play with both boys and girls, as well as younger children. He has many interests and loves both indoor and outdoor play. He loves vegetables and cheeses, is learning to love fruits, and does NOT like sugary things at all!
We like to engage in activities that stimulate learning and imagination, including playing with train sets, blocks, reading stories, going on nature walks, occasionally playing a bit of Starfall educational games, I could go on and on.
My partner is a chiropractor who specializes in non-force techniques. Both of us are very alternative-minded, and we are passionate about natural health, organic foods, and natural living. |
