Interests:		reading (mostly fantasy), baking and cooking - especially trying new recipes - (I'm on a search for easy fast really tasty recipes to fill my recipe book with), crochet (when I have time), movies (usually in, sometimes going out), walking (I'd love to get in better shape, but it's hard to be motivated. Walking is about the best I can do), taking the kids to the park, nature/science/animals, games.

About Me

I'm a stay at home mom (former professional) with 2 girls (6 and 2). I'm a bit shy but I'd love to find a friend or a group where the kids can hang out with mine and I can make friends too. I've only lived in the area 2 years, and I feel a bit isolated when my oldest goes off to school.

About My Family

Ginny (6) is into gymnastics, horses, movies, video games/computers and reading. She's really smart and she gets bored easily. She would love a friend to hang out with. Megan (2) is really active and would probably get along well with young boys as well as young girls. She loves the playground. She loves horses (My Little Pony), movies, dolls (especially Barbie) music, and dancing. I tried to put her in a Mommy and Me dancing and gymnastics class, but she wasn't ready to follow directions yet. She's very attracted to other children and can't resist saying hi to people in public. She always wants to do what her sister is doing when she's home. They don't watch much TV except for Noggin and Sprout occasionally at bedtime. They both love to play with our dog, Brian.
