| I am looking for support for myself, a single working mom, I have two teenagers with ADD/ADHD. Anyone going this tribulation of learning disability, please let us guide each other through these tough times. |

| My daughter is 16, going on 26...she likes to spend quality time with mom or one on one with a close friend. Likes to read, see new places and volunteering.. One thing she doesn't like to do is trying to get more organized, too many steps for her to learn with ADD. She is willing to try a little harder at responsibility so she can work towards her driver's license and getting a job. Trying to get better grades as well.
My son is almost 13, a bundle of energy and very inquisitive. He struggles in keeping new friends due to his ADHD and seems very lonesome at times. He likes to learn about science and the wonders of our world. He wants very much to be like the other kids who don't have ADHD. He could be a terrific artist if he could stay focused and has had artwork in a college art show. He likes Naruto, Yugioh and Runescape. He doesn't like too many changes in his daily routine or too much stress. |
