| I am a mother of a 13 year old indigo boy. I realized a few years ago that he was different and the normal parenting techniques did not work for him. He struggled with school and social situations. Thus began my search for answers. I am looking to connect with other parents who can share what works and what doesnt with thier own children. Trying to explain my sons special abilities to his teachers and other adults has been challenging. I guess I just need alot of ideas. I feel pretty alone in this most the time. Other adults don't seem to understand the unique challenges my son brings. |

| My daughter Kaila is 17 and I believe she is a lightworker. She is gifted with auditory/emotional empathy. I don't know what else to call it. If you want details email me and I can try to explain. She is pretty grounded and seems to be doing well in her life.
My son Keaton is 13 and he is an indigo. He sees and feels energy. He has interacted with spirits since he was about 3. He is very empathic is easily overwelmed by the emotions of others. He struggles to make friends. His abilities and the behaviors they cause make other children uncomfortable. He is like a big heart walking around. He loves deeply and has compassion for everything. He gets very angry at injustice and cannot accept lying or deceptive actions. He has a hard time relating to average children and finds he is more comfortable with adults. He is incredibly inquisative and will constantly challenege teachers about the extent of thier knowledge. |
