| I am a first time Mom. My daughter Julia is 5 weeks old so I am home on maternity leave. At the moment I'd like breast feeding advice. I've been nursing her on one side and using the pump on the other. My doctor says she won't get a full feeding that way but the lactation consultant I spoke to says she will. I've done this for two days now just for the morning feeding. She does still seem hungry afterwards but she also falls asleep during the feeding. Is she getting the full feeding then? I'm confused. |
