| My wife is the "bread winner" and I'm a stay at home husband. My older son is 9 years old and has ASD, which is a mild form of autism. Playing with other children does not come naturally to him, but he's getting better. He like things that spin, especially ceiling fans. He also likes garage doors. He generally is mild mannered and does not throw major fits, although he gets teary eyed when his routines get thrown off.
My younger son is 6 years old and loves pretend play. He is not autistic, but is prone to throwing tantrums. He definitely has a temper. He does enjoy other children and loves to be the center of attention.
My wife is a special education teacher for cognitively impaired students. |
