| Hey! I'm an easy-going mother of one. I can sometimes have a short temper, but usually get along well with others :D Other than that, I'm talkative and fun. I like reading, writing, and drawing. Yeah, the artsy type, ha ha! I have a lot of interests, I guess. I'm just not the best at explaining them when asked. You'll just have to find out for yourselves.
I have a wonderful fiance who loves me and our daughter very much. Someday we hope to buy a big house with a big yard for our children to play in. (Hopefully said house has a pool!)
When it comes to making friends, I don't care! Ha! I just want to meet some other moms! Whether it's a group in person or just someone to talk to online. Perhaps other first time moms so we can share experiences with each other. Or experienced moms to give advice. |

| Well.... My daughter, Harley Quinn, is a wonderful little infant with a hearty laugh and big smiles, but, boy, can she scream when she's upset!
She's a little over 2 feet tall and about 15 lbs. Before you judge, the doctor says she's proportioned! She's in the 75% of girls her age for one thing or another. I forget how it works.
Anyway, she loves her little lion stuffed animal, and sleeping with something held against her face. She only uses the NUK pacifiers. And she loves the color blue.
She has eczema, but it's healing up with all the Baby Aveeno stuff we bought her. Though she doesn't like being rubbed with lotion very much.
My significant other's name is Jason. He's a bit older than me, but we love each other so it doesn't matter. While I go to work, he stays home with the baby. Which breaks me heart, yet makes me happy at the same time... I wonder if she'll say "daddy" first....
Jay and I live in a house with my mother and grandmother temporarily while we get back on our feet. (Due to Jay's last job not having enough business to keep him on the staff, we ended up losing our apartment and had to move back home with my family. And we cannot wait to move back out!!!) We're doing all right now. Not much going on.
He cooks me the best dinners (chicken cordon bleu... uhhhhhh... O, think I drooled a bit, hah!), and he's so good with the baby. I love him to death!
We're getting married this Summer (or Fall, I haven't decided) so wish us luck! |
