| I am the mother of three children ages 16 yr old son , 12 yr old son and 9 yr old daughter. My 12 year old son has Downs Syndrome. I would like to talk with other moms with daughters of similar age. I am amazed at how curious my daughter is and wonder if this is of the norm for her age group today! |

| My oldest son is 16 and a Jr. in HS. He is into online computer games and First Robotics. My youngest daughter is 9 and she is into dance, ballet/jazz and tap. Next year she wants to take a concentration class in ballet so some day she can do pointe. My middle child is severly delayed. At the age of 12 he does not talk, communicates with sign, pictures, and gestures. Occasionally we can get a word out of him. He is loveable, happy and loves to play outside, swinging, riding his special tricycle, and swimming. |
