| began my family at an early age of 16 and my 5 older children are now grown. my oldest just graduated from Harvard and they are all terribly busy and i am finding myself somewhat starting over. my youngest is now 11 and somehow in the business of my family life when all of them was younger i forgot to make good and lasting friends of my own along the way.
i am hoping this is a good avenue to begin and wish to hopefully find some true and sincere friends here as i venture into my second life of now being a single mom and raising my daughter. sometimes it is like having a seperate family all over again....
i am a stay at home mom now and that is completely by choice (as we all make sacrifices for those we love and she needs me more than the work force does at the moment) where i have learned to be frugal and thrifty cutting corners and learning what is important and what isn't..i would like the chance to bring some friends into my little family circle and with hopes my friends will have child(ren) my daughters age as well ... what a wonderful idea! |
