| I'm a first-time mother to a beautiful little girl (Amelia Jade), who turned six months Oct. 29th. I'm also a happy wife to a wonderful husband (Daniel), and we will celebrating our 2nd anniversary June 2nd, 2008. We're both excited to have started yet another new chapter in our lives with the addition of Amelia, and enjoy learning things as she does.
I'm looking for playgroups and/or other mommies in the Mt. Dora/Eustis/Leesburg areas. I would love to let Amelia interact with other children, as well as get to know some other moms in the area. |

| Amelia is a very sweet girl with lots of personality! She's very strong (I could tell she would be when I was pregnant with her... those kicks were strong!), and not afraid to tell you when she's not happy about something. She just recently turned 6 months, has just cut her 1st two teeth and is working hard on learning to crawl (though she gets frustrated easily, and shows more of an interest in figuring out how to walk). She's ticklish and loves kisses on her tummy. Her favorite playthings right now are her butterfly mat, exersaucer, Rainforest booster seat, links and a phone-shaped rattle she's had since she was a newborn.
My husband Daniel is an engineer and is very busy working 2 jobs, but is a wonderful daddy and husband. He works very hard for us, and we're fortunate that his second job is a contract job he can do from home. Despite working so hard, he helps out as much as he can with the baby, and he loves his daughter very much. :) |
