About Me
I am a work at home mom in private practice as a psychotherapist. I'm recently divorced (1 year), I have one son in college, one in High School, and a daughter in Middle School. I am struggling to build my part time practice into a full time practice in order to keep my house, you know the drill. I am outgoing, creative and spiritual.

About My Family
Joshua is 19, in college, was diagnosed with Tourettes Syndrome, ADHD and OCD at age 7. He has some mild autistic symptoms (social skills issues, food aversions, eye contact). He's the one I worried about the most and he's doing pretty well away at college - even joined a fraternity! He's worked pt. jobs since he's 14 and is holding his own in school. He wants to major in engineering. Jake is my 17 year old. He has a great sense of humor, is very personable but the past 3 years has really had great emotional difficulties with my divorce, i.e., depression, anger outbursts, legal problems, academic failures (and he's a very smart kid who use to have a 90 average. I'm praying he graduates High School this June). He was diagnosed with ADD and OCD at age 8. He tells people that he wants to be a Physical Therapist. I wouldn't know, he doesn't talk to me much anymore. Rachel is 13. She was diagnosed with ADHD, OCD and some slight tics around age 7. She excels at school, is very personable, still a little hyper even on meds, and the past few months have gotten a little more difficult with her as she progresses into puberty. We get along ok, but not as good as we use to. Rachel wants to be everything from a scientist to an actress to a musician. Since she was 3, she has had 4 back surgeries to treat a cyst and then scoliosis. She was in and out of a brace as well. Her last surgery, she had rods put in her back and now, her spine is perfectly streight!!
