I am researching Indigo Children, my son was born in the 1990's and he is a very complex person and am finding it hard to communicate with him as he gets older.
I also have a daughter born in 2003 who is very switched on.
Anyway, always looking for ideas on communication etc,. |

My family consists of a Husband, Son & Daughter. Husband Luke is a shiftworker which is a challenging lifestyle, we live in a small mining town in remote Northern Territory, Australia. He works 12 hr days and works 4 days then has 4 days off, easy life for him. When he is not working he is fishing or drinking (absolute mad fisherman) he cooks dinner on his days off and always wanted to be a chef but his father told him it was a sissy's job!
My son is 14 going on 15 and is at that age that is difficult to communicate with. He never initiates conversation and answers everything with a grunt or "I don't know"!! He is in grade 9 this year and has a few close friends, he loves computing, tennis and playstation. Has never been the sporty type but likes Tennis.
My daughter, well where do I start! She is 5 going on 18, so vein (LOL). Everything has to be color coordinated and she won't leave the house with lip gloss on, me.......I'm flat out brushing my hair, I don't know where she gets it from. She is a gorgeous blonde hair, brown eye with one cheeky dimple, very spirited and stubborn and very switched on! Off to Transition school this year. |
