I recently became a SAHM, after having worked full time for the first year of my daughter's life. Our family just relocated to CA from IN due to my husband's service in the military. |
|
My daughter, Magnolia Skye, was born in August 2006. She is sweet, outgoing, curious, smart and absolutely hilarious. She is, however, learning that she can challenge Mommy and Daddy. Prime examples: she stands up in her chair, looks at me, and says "Sit" or puts her shoes on the coffee table, looks at me, and says "Down", but won't do either. Maggie loves eating, 'reading', carrying/emptying her purse, running around outside, playing the piano, etc. She hates getting wiped down after meals, open doors (she follows us around shutting them behind us!), baby dolls and being told 'no'.
My husband is a Seabee in the Navy. He's an absolutely wonderful Daddy and is enjoying getting reaquainted with his little girl after a 6 month absence. We've been married since June 2003 and have been the best of friends since 2001.
