i'm a management consultant. i co-founded a life skills focused mentorship work group called the Music, Arts & Life Skills Institute (or MALSI) which design parents as primary teacher oriented professional senior managerial succession relationships. usually the parents involved are transitioning from a bland, more stable(d) income sector to pursue more culturally rewarding artistic endeavors; while seeking to position their off-spring to become adequately prepared to take the family commercial interest to the next level (under MALSI mentorship exercises). arts, teaching & entertainment arenas of concentration routinely are among the participating family's agenda. MALSI orchestrates multiple year advertising & promotional relationships which support these career ambitions; while accomodating more integral personality complexities---generally too angst ridden for relatives to address independently. i'd like to partner raisingthem.com's social networking community with the theatrical and jazz legacy marketing/preservation facets of MALSI's international campuses deployment initiatives. |

i don't have any biological children; and i've never been married.
i indirectly administrate some estates affecting a profound mix of students and fiscal beneficiaries. i homorously characterize the experience as pseudo-grandparenting. it's orchestrated through a family foundation [which has always been insolvent]. they're mostly artistically driven. i focus on introducing electronic adr (alternative dispute resolution) within our social spectrums. regretably the "kids" are of all ages. so the sibling rivalries' feature all manner of epic disagreements & heavy emotional background baggage. i'm helping the core 6,000 of them blend their gospel/contermporary music mindsets within family theatre options as both a stress relief and tuition endowment vehicle. i think multi-generational lead poisoning might have something to do with some of the behavoiral disorders. we're technically Choctaw descendants with all those issues. |
