I am a mother of 4 young girls. I am currently engaged and planning the wedding to be sometime spring/summer 2009. I recently had back fusion surgery. I stay at home because of my health, my girls health, and the cost of placing the girls in daycare would eat any income I could earn and then some. My two youngest girls were born prematurely and the middle girl is showing signs of permanent disability.
I have an outgoing personality when I get to know someone. I am very shy when first meeting people. I am trustworthy and dedicated. I can be brutally honest in my assessment of situations, but am also supportive when called on it.
I plan to return to school to get a certificate in phelebotomy when I am released by the doctors. I currently have an associates degree in medical assisting but unable to use it because of my back.
I am looking for other young mothers who stay at home because of the cost of daycare and being at home is what is best for the kids. |

My oldest is 8 years old. She is just like me. She worries about everything (typical oldest?). She is in the second grade.
My middle is 4 years old. She was born at 27 weeks gestation. She is bubbly and outgoing. She is showing signs of cerebral palsy but is yet undiagnosed. She is in her third year of preschool and loving it.
My baby is 3 years old. She, too, was born at 27 weeks. Her biggest health problem has been with her lungs. She is almost caught up with other children her age. She is a smarty pants. Definately self aware and knows she is cute and adorable. She has just started her first year of preschool.
I have a 2 year old step daughter that thinks she is going on 20. She spends most of her time with her mom but is with me and my fiance most weekends. |
