| I'm a new mom who has recently moved to NC from PA. I am adjusting to my new (and very rewarding!) role in life as a stay-at-home mom, and would like to connect with others in the area who can share their ideas on bringing up baby, area "mommy and me" groups, or be just a friendly person to talk with. |

| My husband Jeff and I just had our first child, daughter Alyssa, in June. She's a beautiful baby with reddish hair and slate blue eyes - at least for now! She's very alert and likes to see everything that's happening in the world around her. She catnaps during the day, and usually sleeps most of the night. |
