| I am a stay at home mom of an 18 month old son and am new to the Nothern Virginia area. I enjoy volunteer activities and getting involved in socially responsible activities...... which can be difficult to find with a small child !!
I used to work in pathology and just completed my MBA this past December. I plan on staying home longer with my son before returning to work, which will be in the field of global health care. I currently do some on-line volunteering in which I help developing countries network globally in order to assist these small villages in various projects, such as setting up a small clinic or improving farm techniques. |

| My son is 18 months old and has a very timid disposition. He gets a bit nervous around big groups and too much loud acitivity. We prefer quieter activities with fewer people. He loves music and animals and learning new things. His favorite thing to do is read books and explore open spaces.
My husband is finishing up his PhD in psychology, so we are in the area for his final internship year. |
