| I'm a very friendly, somewhat outgoing woman who loves getting to know others. I love meeting new people and learning new things about the world through them. Provided I'm not real stressed, I make a great listener, though I always feel good if those I friend are good at listening too. I'm also very trustworthy. I've been told by lots of friends that they feel safe and comfortable around me right away, and they never have reason to change their minds. As far as how I look, I've got auburn hair, brown eyes, and have a bit of weight on my bones that I'm trying to loose. I'm about 5'5" or 5'6". I'm half South American Columbian.
I hope to be able to meet and befriend other local moms of young children who have some other things in common with me as well, interests and life views being examples.

| My oldest daughter Siobhan is a sweet heart! She's always been sweet tempered, kind, loving, affectionate, gives lots of hugs, loves her baby sister, loves people she meets real easily, and has been told by many people that she is quite charming. She's got beautifull long blond hair, and light bluish eyes. She loves cats, like her mommy, and has also picked up on her mom's love of all babies too. She loves other kids, and has gone from initially being shy of other kids, to being very comfortable around them, known or unknown. Her only weakness is that she is still getting over muscle weakness, so she is sometimes afraid to do gross motor activities like jumping from one area to another or climbing up certain things. She also hates having to go to bed and sleep!
Ziayvria, though still a baby, is crawling rapidly at 9 months, and stands and walks with the help of objects or people, and is getting better at it every day! It won't be long before she walks on her own, and then boy am I in trouble, LOL! She doesn't let anything get in her way; she crawls over any obstacle in her way: huge stuffed animals, pillows, blankets, baskets, her older sister, mommy and daddy lying down, kitties, you name it! She is also a charming little sweet heart, who unlike her older sister as a baby, loves to put things in her mouth. She loves music and will frequently rock back and forth to it when she hears it! She loves exploring anywhere she can get to, and many places she can't! She loves the christmas tree and it's ornaments, which she is just dying to get into her mouth. She loves her family, and will frequently crawl to us when we approach her. Her sister can make her laugh a lot, and she loves her a lot, as you can tell by the way she looks at her! She does not like to be confined by a crib or even to one big room.
Gary, my hubby is a very nice man, who has many of my same interests, and a few others like wargamming, history, and Irish culture [which is also one of mine]. He's very supportive of me and has been for quite some time, which isn't always easy. He's worked himself through school to be able to take care of his family better, and now has his BA in Psychology, and plans to work towards at least a Master's in the future. He loves his daughters very much and tries his best to spend as much quality time with them as he can. He also loves me, and has demonstrated that time and time again. I'm very lucky to have found him. We've been married since Jan. 1999. We've known each other since October 1996. |
