I would love to start a group of women who are expecting a baby shortly or have just had one to work off those dreaded baby pounds but do it in a setting where we can have fun with our new little blessings and enjoy adult company and the great outdoors as well. I'm thinking this would work best to have a weekly 2 hour session that foccusses on stroller aerobics and other stretches where we can encorporate the babies in as well...
