A good salad quick to prepare and rich in flavor
Another way to eat cabbage..
Great for: No cooking, Quick and Easy
Courses: Salad
Main Ingredients: Cheese, Chicken, Vegetables
INGREDIENTS
½ white cabbage, cut into thin strips
5 small carrot, cut into pieces
1 small onion, cut into strips
24 cubes of cheese or chicken

Dressing:
1 teaspoon wine vinegar
2 teaspoon lemon juice
4 tablespoons mayonnaise
2 teaspoon of mustard
1 tablespoon olive oil
salt and pepper.
INSTRUCTIONS
For 4 servings

1. Prepare the vinaigrette.

2. Add the vegetables and mix well.

3. Leave for half an hour in the fridge

4. Ready to serve
