Papillote Salmon with orange and dill
INGREDIENTS
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 cup orange juice
2 teaspoon orange zest, grated
2 tablespoons white wine (optional )
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill
2 oranges, peeled, sliced
4 fresh salmon steaks
INSTRUCTIONS
Preparation: 10 min
Cooking: 16 min
4 servings
1. Preheat barbecue to medium.
2. In a bowl, combine oil, orange juice and zest, white wine, sugar and dill.
3. Book.
4. On a large sheet of lightly oiled foil, place half of orange slices.
5. Top with two salmon steaks and pour half of the orange sauce.
6. Close the foil. Repeat for the other two steaks.
7. Place on the grill and cook for 8 minutes per side.
8. Serve the salmon steaks with a salad of endives
