Catfish in spicy sauce with orange
INGREDIENTS
1 lb. catfish fillets of farmed
1/4 cup orange juice
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
2 tablespoons light soy sauce
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 clove garlic, minced
Pepper, to taste (optional)
INSTRUCTIONS

Cooking: 5 min
4 servings
1. Preheat grill or oven.
2. In a small bowl, whisk together the orange juice, oil, soy sauce, lemon juice, garlic and pepper.
3. Brush the fillets with sauce.
4. Place the fillets on a baking sheet
5. Grill or broil fillets, basting occasionally, until fish flakes easily with a fork (about 5 minutes per side).
