Sole stuffed with cheese and olives
Warms up very well in the microwave. Can also delicious entries.

Main Ingredients: Fish & Seafood
INGREDIENTS
1 package of ricotta cheese
1/2 lemon juice
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon chopped fresh basil
To taste, salt and pepper
8 sole fillets, about 3 oz each
1/2 red pepper, diced
3/4 cup pitted black olives, coarsely chopped
INSTRUCTIONS
Preparation time: 15 min
Cooking time: 20 min
Total: 35 min
4 servings

1. Preheat oven to 350 ° F.

2. In a bowl, mix the cheese with a fork, lemon juice, garlic, basil, salt and pepper.

3. Spread the fish fillets in this mixture.

4. Then garnish with red pepper and black olives.

5. Thread rolling and prick with a toothpick.

6. Place fish rolls on a lightly oiled.

7. Bake 18-20 minutes or until fish is opaque.

8. Serve fish with lemon and fresh basil.
