Ground turkey patties with garlic and mustard
Mustard added to ground turkey increases the taste and gives it tenderness. Avoid drying the cakes, though watch the cooking.

Main Ingredients: Turkey
INGREDIENTS
1 lb chopped fresh turkey
1 cup seasoned bread crumbs
1 egg
1 tablespoon mustard
1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil

Basting mixture
1 medium onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 sprig fresh rosemary, chopped
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice

INSTRUCTIONS
Preparation time: 15 min
Cooking time: 15 min
4 servings

1. In a bowl, combine turkey, breadcrumbs, egg, mustard and oil.

2. Shape into 4 patties of equal size and about1/2 inch thick. Refrigerate.

3. In a pan in butter / oil, cook onion, garlic and rosemary about 3 minutes.

4. Deglaze with the lemon juice. Cool.

5. Preheat barbecue to medium.

6. Brush the patties with the preparation for the onion and garlic.

7. Cook patties 4 minutes on each side.
