Turkey breast, mushroom sauce
Tender chicken breast cooked in a pan before simmering in a creamy sauce with cream decorated with small mushrooms are a delicacy and nutritious.

INGREDIENTS
4 turkey breast
3 tablespoons butter, melted
1 cup mushrooms, sliced
2/3 cup 10% cream
1/2 cup white wine
2 tsp cornstarch
2 tsp water
INSTRUCTIONS
Preparation time: 15 min
Cooking time: 30 min
4 servings

1. In a baking dish, place the turkey breast.

2. In a pot, melt butter and sauté the sliced mushrooms.

3. Add white wine and simmer 2 minutes.

4. Add cream and cook about 3 minutes.

5. In a bowl, dissolve cornstarch in water, add to sauce, stirring.

6. Cover the turkey breast in mushroom sauce.

7. Place in a preheated 350 º F for 20 to 25 minutes.
