Gluten free Puffs corn flour
The gluten-free cupcakes have the advantage of being quick to make, to be varied, and delicious!

Main Ingredients: Eggs
INGREDIENTS
4.4 oz cornflour
3.5 ounces of butter
1 tablespoon sugar
4 eggs
7 oz of water
3.5 ounces of milk
A pinch of salt
INSTRUCTIONS
Preparation time: 15 minutes
Cooking time: 30 minutes
Ready in 45 mins
for 12 + - people

1. Boil in a pan: water, milk, butter and salt.

2. Once boiling, remove pan from heat and pour at once and cornstarch, stirring constantly with a wooden spatula.

3.Travailler strongly.

4. The dough should look like an elastic ball.

5. Heat again slightly. Remove from heat. Let cool.

6. Add eggs one at a time working the dough after each addition.

7. Arrange the small cabbage, big as walnuts on a greased baking sheet.

8. Bake in hot oven. They should be golden and light
