Gluten Free cherry clafoutis
The clafoutis is easy to perform and can be enjoyed both warm than cold. Council, I have not pitted cherries to keep them firmer and keep all their juices during cooking.

Main Ingredients: Fruit, Nuts & Seeds
INGREDIENTS
2 pounds of cherries
3.5 ounces of ground almonds
2 ounces of potato starch
4 eggs
1 cup of soy milk
1 cup of soy cream
1.5 cup margarine without milk
3.5 ounces of brown sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon of extract of bitter almonds
INSTRUCTIONS
For 6-8 people

1. Mix in a container, starch potatoes, ground almonds, soy milk, vanilla extract and almond extract bitter

2. In another bowl, combine eggs, brown sugar, soy cream and melted margarine

3. Pour the contents of the first container in the second and mix again

4. Thoroughly grease your baking pan with margarine

5. Wash the cherries and place in bottom of pan

6. Bake at 350° F for 55-60 minutes
