Healthy snack with dried fruit
A healthy snack is a nutritional supplement that delivers energy between meals, without cutting the appetite for the next meal. Rich in fiber, vitamins and minerals, dried fruit can be integrated into a low-fat diet

Main Ingredients: Eggs, Fruit, Grains & Cereals
INGREDIENTS
2 cups rolled oats
1 cup whole wheat flour
1/2 cup dried cranberries
1/2 cup chopped dried apricots
1/2 cup dried grapes
1/3 cup shredded coconut, toasted
1/3 cup maple syrup
1 egg, beaten
1/2 cup margarine, melted
INSTRUCTIONS
Preparation time: 10 min
Cooking time: 15 min
Bars 16 servings

1. Preheat oven to 350 ° F.

2. In a bowl, combine first six ingredients. Reserve

3. In another bowl, combine maple syrup, egg and margarine.

4. Stir into dry ingredients. Mix well.

5. Brush with margarine cookie sheet 10 x 14 inch rectangular.

6. Spread evenly on the plate.

7. Bake for about 15 minutes or until the mixture is cooked.

8. Cool and cut about 16 bars.
