Healthy snack with dried fruit
INGREDIENTS
2 cups rolled oats
1 cup whole wheat flour
1/2 cup dried cranberries
1/2 cup chopped dried apricots
1/2 cup dried grapes
1/3 cup shredded coconut, toasted
1/3 cup maple syrup
1 egg, beaten
1/2 cup margarine, melted
INSTRUCTIONS
