House energy bars
Nothing is easier than making oneself its cereal bars for school, office, or before sports outings ...they are rich in minerals and full of virtues

Main Ingredients: Eggs, Fruit, Grains & Cereals
INGREDIENTS
2 cups rolled oats
1 cup whole wheat flour
1/2 cup chopped dried apricots
1/3 cup dried cranberries
1/3 cup chocolate chips semi-sweet
1/3 cup coconut, toasted
1/4 cup unsalted sunflower seeds
1/4 cup maple syrup
4 tsp honey
1 egg, beaten
1/2 cup non-hydrogenated margarine, melted
INSTRUCTIONS
Preparation time: 10 min
Cooking time: 15 min
Bars 16 servings

1. Preheat oven to 350 ° F.

2. In a bowl, combine first seven ingredient. Reserve.

3. In another bowl, combine maple syrup, honey, egg and margarine. Stir into dry ingredients. mix well

4. Spread evenly on a cookie sheet Rectangular 10 x 14 inch lightly greased.

5. Bake for about 15 minutes or until the mixture is cooked.

6. Cool and cut about 16 bars.
