Chicken Fingers Magic
You can replace the breadcrumbs with cornflake crumbs and cook in a nonstick skillet with a little oil. Serve with honey sauce or sweet and sour.

INGREDIENTS
1 egg
3/4 cup breadcrumbs
1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 tablespoons sesame seeds
1/2 teaspoon paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
1 lb. chicken breasts, cut into strips
INSTRUCTIONS
Preparation time: 15 min
Cooking time: 14 min
Total: 34 min

1. Preheat oven to 375 ° F.

2. In a small bowl, beat egg. Reserve.

3. In a plate, combine bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, sesame seeds, paprika, salt and pepper.

4. Dip chicken strips in beaten egg, and then roll in bread crumbs.

5. On a plate covered with a sheet of parchment paper, arrange the strips and cook in oven for about 6-7 minutes per side or until beginning to brown.

6. Let stand 5 minutes and serve.
