Banana Muffins

INGREDIENTS
1 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 tablespoon baking powder
3/4 cup chopped walnuts
1 cup ripe bananas, mashed
1/3 cup butter, melted
1/4 cup milk
1 egg
INSTRUCTIONS
Preparation time : 15 min
Cooking time: 30 min
Total: 45 min
12 muffins servings

1. Preheat oven to 375 ° F.

2. Grease a muffin pan.

3. In a bowl, combine flour, brown sugar, baking powder and walnuts.

4. In another bowl, mix remaining ingredients and stir into dry ingredients.

5. Pour the mixture into the molds.

6. Bake 20-25 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center of muffin comes out clean and dry.
