Lamb Chops with Sesame Seeds
Grill the lamb chops in a minimum of oil since the lamb is a fatty meat

INGREDIENTS
3 tablespoons flour
8 lamb chops
1 medium egg, lightly beaten
1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
1 tablespoon butter, melted
3 tablespoons bread crumbs
2 tablespoons sesame seeds
Pinch white pepper
Pinch of oregano, powdered
INSTRUCTIONS
Preparation time: 15 min
Waiting / 10 min
Cooking time: 8 min
Total: 33 min
4 servings

1. In a bowl, combine the egg, lemon juice and melted butter.

2. In another bowl, combine bread crumbs, sesame seeds, pepper and oregano.

3. Place each cutlet in egg mixture then into the sesame mixture.

4. Refrigerate 10 to 15 minutes.

5. In a skillet, brown chops about 8 minutes or until desired doneness
