INGREDIENTS
4 multigrain flatbread
1 lb. ground turkey
1/4 cup sweetened dried cranberries
1/4 cup shallots, minced
2 tbsp breadcrumbs
1/4 cup whole grain mustard
1/4 cup cranberry jelly
A few leaves of romaine lettuce hearts
To taste, mayonnaise, salt and pepper
INSTRUCTIONS
Preparation time: 15 min
Cooking time: 18 min
Total: 33 min

1. Preheat barbecue to medium.
2. In a bowl, combine ground turkey, cranberries, onions and bread crumbs.
3. Salt and pepper.
4. Make 4 patties about 3/4 inch thick.
5. Cook patties from 14 to 18 minutes or until fully cooked, turning several times to prevent burning.
6. Leave the grill lid closed between interventions.
7. Sprinkle the bread with a piece of romaine lettuce and a little mayonnaise.
