Meatballs
Brush the patties with olive oil before cooking to prevent them from sticking to the grill.

Main Ingredients: Lamb
INGREDIENTS
1 lb. ground lamb
2 scallions, chopped
2 c. teaspoon chopped fresh parsley
1 c. tsp cumin
2 cloves garlic, minced
To taste Tabasco sauce
2 fresh mint leaves, chopped
To taste, salt and pepper
INSTRUCTIONS
Preparation time: 15 min
Cooking time: 15 min
Total: 30 min
4 servings

1. Preheat barbecue to medium.

2. In a glass bowl, combine all ingredients and form meatballs about 8.

3. Thread the meatballs onto skewers and grill for about 6-10 minutes, turning occasionally.
