Gluten free chocolate cookies
This recipe is gluten-free really easy to do. The cookies are crisp on the outside and fluffy, limited sticky inside.

Main Ingredients: Chocolate, Eggs, Nuts & Seeds
INGREDIENTS
4.5 ounces of nuts
10 oz icing sugar
1.5 ounces of unsweetened cocoa
2 egg whites
A pinch of salt
INSTRUCTIONS
For about 10 cookies

1. Mix the walnuts crudely

2. Mix in a bowl the sugar, nuts, salt and cocoa powder

3. Add egg whites and stir to obtain a smooth paste

4. Reserve at refrigerator for 15 minutes

5. Using a spoon to ice, take dough balls that you have separated on baking paper

6. The smoothing with a spatula or the palm of the hand

7. Bake 14-15 minutes at 380 ° F
